Chicken soup shopping list
Chicken 2 & ½ cups chopped
Carrots 3 cups
Celery 2 cups
Chopped green onion ½ cup
Parsley 1/8 to ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
Dried rosemary 1/8 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp
Kosher salt 1 heaping tsp
Simple truth Organic free range
Chicken broth 6 cups
Noodles: I use no yolks noodles, any size, they seem to stand up better in the soup, but you can use any kind you prefer.
The good thing about soup is you can add most any item you like and you can add more or less of any ingredient in the list so it is your favorite soup. Enjoy!
Broccoli Cheese Soup shopping list ( I sometimes make this with 3 c broccoli and 3 c cauliflower
Broccoli ( approximately 6 broccoli heads to make up 6 cups of coarsely chopped up broccoli)

medium cheddar cheese block 8 ounces shredded
white flour 3 tbls
butter 3 tbls
milk or cream 1 & 1/2 cups
Cayenne pepper 1/8 to 1/4 tsp
Kosher salt to taste 1 heaping tsp
